How can i get low grade old games on an old computer?

I just got an old '95 PC and it doesn't have internet access. I got it just to put old clic games on it, pacman, super mario bros, tetras donkey kong, etc. how cat i get them on there. via floppy disk, flash drive, or anything, trying to avoid downloading programs onto my other computer. thanks!!!

Is it true that such has never happened?

That would depend on what and how the tax was levied. But in general people would have less disposable income and would likely spend less on consumption.

You are not going to be able to convince your doctor of anything, sorry to say. Many GP's are uncomfortable prescribing narcotic pain medications for treatment of chronic pain. You should ask him for for a referral to a pain management doctor. They will be able to help you find a combination of medications that work to alleviate your pain. They will, however, want more test run to find out why you are having so much knee pain. If you have not already had them, they will most likely want you to see an orthopedic surgeon and get an MRI of the knee. If the pain is being caused by ligaments, cartilage, or arthritis, it will not show up on an x-ray. If it is a bone problem, then you may not even need the MRI, but I would not count on that. Have you had any testing done or seen any specialists for your knee? Any physical therapy? If not, it sounds like you need a new primary care doctor. It is not normal to have significant knee pain and the doctor does not refer you for testing or to a specialist for a more in depth examination.

My boyfriend drops the bomb that he hates my mom. he thinks she's overbearing and he feels like he's "under house arrest" this came out of the blue because he seemed to be having fun. I just don't know what to do because i can see where he is coming from, my mom has her flaws, but she is my mom and I love her no matter what. (i am not saying she doesn't annoy me too.) the problem is that now this issue is hanging over my boyfriend and me and it is breaking my heart. My daughter lately has been asking, mostly while riding in the car or at home when she has her notebook things like "who am I? I know Im makenna, but who am I inside?" and " I know I used to live before this, what was my name?" She has also been very intuitive.. We live in mpls and the day before the 35w bridge collapse she started drawing out maps of the freeways and saying dont go on 35 go around on 94, ok mom?" and she kept bugging us about it. I didnt even know she knew the names of the freeways. I didnt think about it until it hit me the night of the collapse. When it happened we turned on the news and it took a min for me to realize what it was cuz it was such a far shot of it. You could only see smoke and she said "a bridge fell". We turned it on in the middle of the report w no indication except for the smoke. She knew right away. Other things she has said since then too. She was very upset and preyed about it for weeks after. How should I handle her questions?

Gettin a ESL (English as a second language) diploma? I got into the esl adult education cle. Once before but once I finished the course I was told I couldn't get any certification unless I went to college for a ESL degree? Does a Security Deposit have to be returned? What has happened was this. My tenants moved out after only be-

ing there for two weeks due to me not having an inspection done prior to them moving out. It is NOT considered non habital and after talking to a lawyer, he said that he wanted a meeting to seethe lease Oct 29. My tenants claim that the lease is not legal and they want their security deposit back. I am saying that they do not get it back because first, nothing was put into writing, I was not given the opportunity to fix the problem and that a breech of the lease has occured and I am entitled to keep their security deposit. In their lease that they signed, it says the security deposit is intended to pay the cost of damages, cleaning, excessive wear ant tear and unreturned keys once the lease has ended and/or for any unpaid charges or attorney fees suffered by the landlord by reason of tenants default of this lease. My attorney has said that they should have put the rent into an escrow account until the repairs were done or the inspection was completed. Has this happened to anyone?

What diseases can cause decreased bone marrow?

I had an mri of my back done and I have a bulging disc pressing on a nerve... another finding was decreased bone marrow. My dr said that can happen from anemia but I don't have anemia now... is there anything else that can cause decreased bone marrow or is it just something that happened in the past?

TX- Do I need to honor a verbal agreement my current tenants had with the previous landlord?

A written agreement overrides any verbal agreement---it would have sure been better to iron this out when you took over but whats done is done. Their is no law to cite-the contract states fact and the verbal agreement holds no merit especially since it was made with a previous owner. I wonder who's name is on that water bill ? It certainly should be in the tenants name and hopefully not yours--that will also determine who is responsible should you and the renter get in a stand -off. You might want to strike up a compromise with your tenant if you aren't prepared to lose them right now---no water is a health issue and they cant stay more then a day or two....

Kids and baby consignment in Atlanta?

I moved from Tampa Florida recently where there was an upscale baby and kids consignment shop, youmight find a crib for $300 that originally sold for $1000, or "Pea in the Pod" maternity clothes. I was sure I would be able to find one here but so far I have only found 2 places on for clothes and one for furniture both were just OK. Can anyone lead us in the right direction. Thanks

A/C won't cool down upstairs of house...?

My family just had a new A/C unit installed about two years ago, and it works great to cool the downstairs of the house in the summertime. The only problem is that the upstairs seems to be immune to any cooling. You can feel a very weakly blown amount of cold air coming from the upstairs vent, but the effects are almost negligible. Is there something I can do or try in order to remedy this situation? Any suggestions would be amazing.

my 8 month old isn't holding or trying to hold a bottle yet. i receive state istance thru wic and the dietitian said i should give him drink with a cup. i felt it was best to wait till he masters holding the bottle first/or when he's closer to 12months (like 10-11 months).what do you think. and also, around what age does the "average" baby begin holding a bottle? thanks!
