Need inf about this adult education program?

Gettin a ESL (English as a second language) diploma? I got into the esl adult education cle. Once before but once I finished the course I was told I couldn't get any certification unless I went to college for a ESL degree? Since I don't have a SS I cant graduate from college or anything like, so basically am just looking to get a fast certification for completing the program w o making it a career, does someone know about any school that offers it??
