I thought I had pneumonia, but it turned out to be pleurisy. I need some tips (and a little sympathy maybe).?

I have had pleurisy and yes it is very painful. The anxiety will make it worse as it did in my case. As for helping it to get better you are already taking an anti inflammatory. You need to try to get your mind off the pain and upcoming week at work so try to focus on something else.
