For any thyroid doctor/expert! terminology question.?

I am transcribing something, and the doctor states "the TSH is 6.44 *micro international unit per mill" What are the words inside the quote? I think he is describing some sort of measurement, but I can't hear exactly what he's saying. That was my closest approximation. Thanks!
