Is Joseph Addai extremely underrated in fantasy football?

The colts are known for riding the arm of Manning not for the running game causing people to forget about him and dropping him in the rankings. It also depends in the type of league you're in. Leagues that get higher points for rushing people tend to stay away. In PPR leagues this increases his rankings because they think of Manning. But I agree as long as he is not injured he is consistent, I just think that he is over shadowed by Manning, Wayne, and the rest of the receiving core.
