Coconut oil and rosemary oil treatment?

I need your help. I just brought coconut and rosemary oil can I put but in a jar and use as a deep conditioner for my hair? the coconut oil that i have is the liquid form. people say you have to dilute the rosemary oil now ... how do you do that? also can I put a little of the oils into my shampoo and conditioner?
