Can someone show me how to produce a silent install (or unattended setup) of a program?

by a silent install i mean a setup that i can use to install a setup without a UI i have downloaded windows post installer but it would be helpful to use a silent installer instead of doing it over and over (i fix my families computers alot) it would be nice to run one program and let it install by itself
