Can anyone help ?

im 18 weeks pregnant and i found out i have antibody E they have to keep a close eye on the baby to watch for my blood dont attack the babies blood im soooooooo scared does anyone know anything about this or has anyone esle had or are in the same situation .. please help thanks soo much
