Where do I get my work permit in Cuyahoga County (Ohio) ?

I haev allof the paper work...got my physical...now i just need to file it...however my school does not offer that......i'm in the Cleveland Metropolitan school district.....asked counslers and they sadi to take it downtown but where???? I start work on monday i need this HELP pl/thx!
