Creative ways & opinions to improve my wardrobe?

ok well, i love being creative, but i wish my clothes where, like alex russo on wizards of waverly place, her clothes are always creative, stylish, and amazing. i want to do that with my wardrobe, i have a bunch of cute stuff it's just hard to put it together, i know this sounds lame, but pleseee helppp. i love to acessorise and be creative and myself, so any websites, pictures, articles, videos, anything???? pleasee(:
