Myspace! Go to friends of your friends' and add everyone possible. Try to have small contests that will be fun for fans to do-Have some tshirts made for the winner, bumper stickers etc. Have fans make banners and give a prize to the best one. The best thing to do is recruit a "street team" or something similar and get them to spread the word.
