Are pennies an omen of anything?

Especially when you sweep each day and find them on the floor all over the house. I don't actually pick them up untill a week or so...but give it like five days and they're back again...in the kitchen, in the bathroom, but always on the floor. Surely I don't just drop my pennies everywhere. I might find 10 - 20 in a week.
