Doing paper round, get �8 a week for it, is that reasonable?

You don't actually state how long this takes you. People are usually paid at an hourly rate but as you're under the school leaving age, they don't actually have to abide by that at all. If you're happy with your pay then don't bring it up with your boss because if they think you're going to ask for more money when they don't even have to pay you as much as they are, they may look for someone else to take over that's happy to accept it. I'm not saying you're not happy but if you talk about more money to them, they MAY, not definitely, MAY think you're not happy
