I am going to enroll in the Renzo Gracie Academy... The price is 210 a month!!! Is this too much for a school?

Renzo Gracies school is great. I heard in an interview that he has an AMAZING amount of black belts. Roger Gracie prepares for the worlds there. If you re serious about going far in BJJ competition, you should go where the champions are. If you just want to do it as a hobby then go to a cheaper academy. Renzo Gracie's academy is full of top competitiors.
