Machine that works pecks?

i saw this commercial for a machine that works womens so that they become more firm and perky but i failed to get the number or find out what the name of the machine was. It looked like a pole and your hold the ends of the pole and pull and it works the muscel, and in the commercial you can see there pecks moving, so is there anyone who knows what the name of it was or the number to call?
