My 9 month old won't take a bottle while sick?

I had the same problem and my mother showed me if you make a tent with a cover or sheet and use a humidifier breaks up the snot. Also running the shower on hot with her in there is good too. I think not sure, that you can use Vick's baby on them when they are that old, but check first.
