Stainless braided brake hoses vs standard rubber brake hoses.What do you think?

Are braided brake hoses really worth buying? Do they really help with braking that much more than regular factory rubber hoses?Anyone have any experience with braided lines?The reason i'm asking is that i was wondering if it would help that much more on stopping power when i'm running 35" tires on a 87 1/2 ton Gm pickup.The rest of the braking system on the truck is new including master cylinder/booster and calipers/pads and shoes..Thanks for your input.
