Whats the best way to heal canker sores?

Buy some anbesol (it numbing made for canker sores, cold sores, things dealing with the mouth) now it tastes horrible but it works, then use mouth wash three to four times a day, and dont irrate it, also i have popped mine (that really hurst) but it does make it go away faster, but try anbesol for the pain, and mouth wash
