How do I get rid of eastern moles tearing up my yard?

We have lived in our house for 4 years now and I have spent every spring and summer fixing up the lawn, even hiring someone to do it for us at one point. Well, I woke up this morning and went out to mow the lawn and found that a good quarter of my lawn was torn up. You can visibly see the trails the mole(s) has made with several mounds of soil left on top. Now my question is, how on earth do I get rid of them? Humanely of course, I don't want to kill anything. I have a huge yard and would hate to see all the money I have spent to get it to look so nice wasted. Thanks in advance.
